Immediately after your payment goes through, you should get an email with a download link to your purchases from our support email address support@alexandriahinderscreative.com. If you do not see this in your email inbox, please check your SPAM or Promotions folder as it some times ends up there!! If you created an account during the checkout process, you can access your downloads from your account at any time!
When you purchase an item from Alexandria Hinders Creative, you agree to a non-exclusive limited use license that allows for personal or professional use only of the item. You may crop the image and overlay the image with your own text, filter it, and alter it to meet your needs; however, you may not redistribute or resell the images.
Alexandria Hinders Creative remains the sole, exclusive owner and holder of the copyright for the image and you may not sell, lease, loan, transfer, share or give the image to a third-party to use in any way.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. If you’re having trouble accessing a product you’ve purchased, please be sure to reach out for troubleshooting!
While we don’t guarantee x amount of product releases each month, or releases at certain times, we make sure our content is fresh & always listen to our customers’ feedback on what resources they’re needing in their businesses!
