Alexandria Hinders Creative and the Customer shall at all relevant times herein maintain the utmost good faith and fair dealing in their mutual duties under this agreement.
The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Products strictly in accordance with these terms.
As a condition of your use of the Products, you warrant to us that you will not use the Products for from the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
You may not:
-Otherwise alter, edit or manipulate the Product, or claim the Product as their own.
-Sell, loan, or give away the Product included or otherwise allow a third-party to use the Product in any way.
-Transfer the Product to other customers.
-Transfer membership, login credentials, or template links to a third party – whether a team member, customer, or business partner.
-Use the Product for ebooks, templates, or physical books to be sold in away, including but not limited to E-Guides, Canva Templates, etc.
-Create products from the Product such as templates, phone backgrounds, quote graphics, desktop calendars, printables, prints, mugs, calendars, clipart, invitations, or any such products, either for sale or to give away for free.
-The Product may not be used for any offensive, or illegal use.
-Use the Product to create commercial products for sale or to give away. This includes derivative products such as prints, patterns, invitations, and social media templates.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
